Darkness to Light

Surat Al-Baqarah (The Cow), Chapter 2, Verse 257:


2:257

"Allah is the ally of those who believe. He brings them out from darknesses into the light. And those who disbelieve - their allies are Taghut. They take them out of the light into darknesses. Those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide eternally therein." (Quran 2:257)


5:16

"By which Allah guides those who pursue His pleasure to the ways of peace and brings them out from darknesses into the light, by His permission, and guides them to a straight path." (Quran 5:16)


6:1

"[All] praise is [due] to Allah , who created the heavens and the earth and made the darkness and the light. Then those who disbelieve equate [others] with their Lord." 
(Quran 6:1)


14:1

"Alif, Lam, Ra. [This is] a Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that you might bring mankind out of darknesses into the light by permission of their Lord - to the path of the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy -" (Quran 14:1)


57:9

"It is He who sends down upon His Servant [Muhammad] verses of clear evidence that He may bring you out from darknesses into the light. And indeed, Allah is to you Kind and Merciful." (Quran 57:9)

65:11

"[He sent] a Messenger [Muhammad] reciting to you the distinct verses of Allah that He may bring out those who believe and do righteous deeds from darknesses into the light. And whoever believes in Allah and does righteousness - He will admit him into gardens beneath which rivers flow to abide therein forever. Allah will have perfected for him a provision." (Quran 65:11)

By following Islam for the sake of Allah, He will guide you to the straight path that will bring you from darkness into the light.

How to  be guided by Allah?

Bow your knees on the ground, and ask Allah to guide you to the straight path. Keep on perform prayer (Solah) 5 times a day.







Surat Ar-Ra`d (The Thunder), Chapter 13, Verse 11:


13:11

"For each one are successive [angels] before and behind him who protect him by the decree of Allah . Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves. And when Allah intends for a people ill, there is no repelling it. And there is not for them besides Him any patron." (Quran 13:11)
