Believe in Day of Judgment

Day of Judgment (Qiyamah)

Surat 'Āli `Imrān (Family of Imran), Chapter 3, Verse 185:

3:185

"Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection. So he who is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained [his desire]. And what is the life of this world except the enjoyment of delusion." (Quran 3:185)

Surat Ţāhā (Ta-Ha), Chapter 20, Verse 15-16:

20:15
20:16

"Indeed, the Hour is coming - I almost conceal it - so that every soul may be recompensed according to that for which it strives.
So do not let one avert you from it who does not believe in it and follows his desire, for you [then] would perish." (Quran 20: 15-16)

Surat Al-Baqarah (The Cow), Chapter 2, Verse 28:

2:28

"How can you disbelieve in Allah when you were lifeless and He brought you to life; then He will cause you to die, then He will bring you [back] to life, and then to Him you will be returned." (Quran 2:28)

Surat Al-Jumu`ah (The Congregation, Friday), Chapter 62, Verse 8:

 62:8

"Say, "Indeed, the death from which you flee - indeed, it will meet you. Then you will be returned to the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, and He will inform you about what you used to do." (Quran 62:8)

4:78

"Wherever you may be, death will overtake you, even if you should be within towers of lofty construction. But if good comes to them, they say, "This is from Allah "; and if evil befalls them, they say, "This is from you." Say, "All [things] are from Allah ." So what is [the matter] with those people that they can hardly understand any statement?"
(Quran 4:78)

Everyone in this world will die soon. Muslims and non muslims. When, where and how we will die is unknown, but will be determine by Allah. We belongs to Allah, so to Him we will return eternally. What is our purpose of life?

Surat Al-Baqarah (The Cow), Chapter 2:

"And who believe in what has been revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you, and of the Hereafter they are certain [in faith]." (Quran 2:4)

"We believe in Allah and the Last Day," (Quran 2:8)

Qiyamah is the final day. This universe is Allah's creation. Every beginning has its ending. So this universe also will end soon. The date is unknown, but Allah revealed the minor and major signs in Quran and hadith. Our earthly life is too short and temporary, but afterlife is eternal.

Surat Al-Baqarah (The Cow), Chapter 2, Verse 35-37:

"And We said, "O Adam, dwell, you and your wife, in Paradise and eat therefrom in [ease and] abundance from wherever you will. But do not approach this tree, lest you be among the wrongdoers."
But Satan caused them to slip out of it and removed them from that [condition] in which they had been. And We said, "Go down, [all of you], as enemies to one another, and you will have upon the earth a place of settlement and provision for a time."
Then Adam received from his Lord [some] words, and He accepted his repentance. Indeed, it is He who is the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful." (Quran 2: 35-37)

In Islam we do not believe in 'original sin', because Prophet Adam made sincere repentance to Allah directly, and Allah forgave him. We believe that everyone is born sinless and guaranteed paradise by Allah, until we commit immorality ourselves.

Allah is ever forgiving, if we seek for His forgiveness, and do not repeat similar mistake. We are responsible for our own deeds during our earthly life, since our puberty age until we die. Those who die young (before puberty age), will be in paradise straight away, eventhough the children of the non Muslims parents.

Surat Qāf (The Letter "Qaf"), Chapter 50, Verse 16:

 50:16

"And We have already created man and know what his soul whispers to him, and We are closer to him than [his] jugular vein" (Quran 50:16)

We have angels on our shoulder that written our good and bad deeds. So there is no secret between us and Allah. He is ever knowing. He knows everything inside our heart and mind, eventhough we do not say it. But Allah will judge us based on our intention and action done.

Judgement Day for eternal justice
Later, in afterlife, we will be judge based on our good and bad deeds during our earthly life. It is best to worship the right God, Allah directly by following His orders (to do good to ourselves and others), and to seek for His forgiveness before we die. Our death is unknown. Just be ready, like we are going to die in a second. So, do not do bad things. 😃

Surat Al-'A`rāf (The Heights), Chapter 7, Verse 28:

7:28

"And when they commit an immorality, they say, "We found our fathers doing it, and Allah has ordered us to do it." Say, "Indeed, Allah does not order immorality. Do you say about Allah that which you do not know?" (Quran 7:28)

Heaven vs Hell

Surat Al-'A`rāf (The Heights), Chapter 7, Verse 179:

7:179

"And We have certainly created for Hell many of the jinn and mankind. They have hearts with which they do not understand, they have eyes with which they do not see, and they have ears with which they do not hear. Those are like livestock; rather, they are more astray. It is they who are the heedless." (Quran 7:179)

After the Judgment Day, we will be brought back. After the judgement, our future will be determine, whether heaven or hell, based on our deeds during our earthly life. Those who commit more good deeds will enter paradise. Those who commit bad deeds (immorality) will enter be in hellfire. Those who worship God other than Allah (Shirk), will be in the hellfire eternally. However, our target must be to reside in the paradise eternally. Thus we should worship Allah, and follow His orders. May Allah guide us to the straight path!

If heaven and hell do not exist, there will be no justice. Our earthly life is full of tests. Those who are tested and faced it, will get reward from Allah. Every hardship means to minus our sins. There are many ways that we can do, that means to minus our sins such as establish prayer (Salah), study, taking care of parents, etc.

There are some people that killing innocent lives, but the killer living in wealthy and luxury lives. If there is no Judgement Day, there will be no justice to them. How about corrupted politicians? Allah is ever knowing. We have chance to make sincere repentance, until our last breath.

How is Life in Paradise?

Surat 'Āli `Imrān (Family of Imran), Chapter 3, Verse 136:

3:136

"Those - their reward is forgiveness from their Lord and gardens beneath which rivers flow [in Paradise], wherein they will abide eternally; and excellent is the reward of the [righteous] workers." (Quran 3: 136)

There are many verses in Quran, that Allah describe the life in paradise and the description of paradise. Also, from the Quran, I know that hellfire is horrible and terrible. So I prefer to seek my way to paradise only rather than to the hell.

Surat 'Āli `Imrān (Family of Imran), Chapter 3, verse 114:

3:114

"They believe in Allah and the Last Day, and they enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and hasten to good deeds. And those are among the righteous." (Quran 3:114)

Living in paradise is full of love. Your wish and request will be granted immediately. Our wish and request will be granted in this earthly life too, eventhough we do not say it. For example, if you think for having an apple, suddenly someone gives you an apple for free. That is how we will be living in paradise. We need patience for our wish to be granted. I believe in Allah's promise.

Surat An-Naml (The Ant), Chapter 27, Verse 19:

27:19

"So [Solomon] smiled, amused at her speech, and said, "My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to do righteousness of which You approve. And admit me by Your mercy into [the ranks of] Your righteous servants." (Quran 27:19)

If we have family and friends in paradise, they will ask from Allah to take out us from hellfire, so we can live together in paradise. The parents who lost their children during pregnancy, or because of diseases, will see their children in the paradise soon. The children will request from Allah, to place their parents into paradise with them. Hasten to do good deeds and abstain from immorality, so that we can be together in paradise eternally. Paradise is created only for those who believe in Judgment Day and afterlife as eternal judgement. InsyaAllah.

How Can We Enter Paradise

Surat Al-Baqarah (The Cow), Chapter 2, Verse 82:

2:82

"But they who believe and do righteous deeds - those are the companions of Paradise; they will abide therein eternally." (Quran 2:82)

Surat 'Āli `Imrān (Family of Imran), Chapter 3, verse 133:

3:133

"And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a garden as wide as the heavens and earth, prepared for the righteous" (Quran 3: 133)

In Quran, Allah mentioned about Heaven and Paradise many times, more than the Hell. He wants us to do the right things, so that we can be in the Heaven, not in the Hell. The way to Heaven is mentioned in the Quran, shown by the example of our Prophets. Meaning that, the only way to go to heaven, by following the Quran and Sunnah.

YOLO

'You Only Lives Once' - Make the most of it, by do the right things, sincerely for the sake of Allah.

If life is just ONCE with believing in afterlife, people will abstain from immorality but hasten to do good things, as we fear Allah's punishment, and we target to be in paradise.

If life is just ONCE without believing in afterlife, people will do the haram (immoral) things as they think they do not have chance to do so after they die.

As a Muslim, we are encourage to ask people to do good, and giving advice to others not to do the immorality, because we love them (muslim and non muslim). If you have friends who are preaching Islam to you, means that he/she loves you more dunya & akhirah. 💓

Allah is the eternal refuge. He will never die. Thus, if you love someone for the sake of Allah, your love will never die. Everlasting love means that, you love someone for the sake of Allah in earthly life, to the afterlife because afterlife is eternal. Those who do not believe in afterlife means that their love is temporary and up to this earthly life (dunya) only. May Allah forgive us all!!

"Love someone for the sake of Allah 💕"
